Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@seiki.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping the Item: Package the item securely and send it back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Refund Process Refunds will be processed based on the following scenarios:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your denim jacket arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a prepaid return label, and upon receiving the item, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs. A refund for the incorrect item will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive it back.

Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at support@seiki.store. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Timeframes

Returns: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Eligibility: After 30 days from the date of purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
